Who: Tribal President Mark R. Chino will attend. The Mescalero Apache Dance group will perform.

Why: A complete and accurate 2010 Census means tribal communities empower their voice in government, preserve their cultural heritage, and get their fair share government funds for health care, roads, schools and other important community projects. Also, the 2010 Census will soon begin Update/Enumerate, an operation for most tribal lands where a census taker visits each household to update address lists and collects information on the questionnaire.

How: Just show up.
